Schoolweek 6 Homecoming DANCE 27 sept.

Saturday night we had a dance at school from 8 till 11. Before the dance we went to a restaurant with a group of 22 people. We made a lot of pictures before and after dinner.

The dance was very nice!

Wednesday's theme was Africa. This is what I looked like:

Reese (on the picture), Jo-Jo and me borrowed the african clothes from a friend's father!

By the way... all the big windows are painted at school. Every grade has his own window, this is the seniors one:

On Thursday we had BLACK as the theme. All seniors wore black:

At night we had the football for girls and cheerleading with boys. I did the cheerleading. I cant put the dance on internet, because the clip is to long. But I had fun!

If  you look very good, you see that I have lipstick on my lips (for cheerleading).

On Friday we had a day off!! WHY? 

I woke up at normal time: 6:35, my hostdad came in my room and told me that we had a 2 hour delay because of the extreme fog. Next time I woke up: 8:35, my hostmom came in my room, and told me we dont have school today, because the fog was still there. :D

I didn't do very much that day, but at night we had the Homecoming Football game. We played against a team, that our school last time beat was 11 years ago. AND WE WON!! 

Dapo, a good friend, he played a very good match!!

Schoolweek 6 HOMECOMING WEEK

The homecoming week is a week full of fun and almost no homework. The whole week there are games and different things where grades 9 till 12 compete each other (Freshman, Sophemore, Junior and Senior). Im in 12th grade, senior.

Every day we have a theme, to wear clothes. Monday the theme was: college day. Wear something with your favourite college on it. I wore Eden's shirt with the text Notre Dame Basketball (Notre Dame is a college).

At night we had the volleyball tournament and the stadium games, we played against the other grades. I didn't play volleyball.

I went to the stadiumgames. Thats the picture below:

Stadiumgames are a lot of different minigames. I played a game that was called 'ping pong'. It wa not real ping pong, but you played it with a ping pong ball haha. I played with three other people. Reese Eden and Lauren:

TUESDAY: Favorite character day

It took me a lot of time to find out what I wanted to wear for this day. But I decided to be Mickey Mouse. The ears were not mine, I borrowed them. This was the result:

The main theme for homecoming 2014 is: Around the world.

Every grade in highschool is a continent. The seniors are the continent Afrika. For wednesday we need to wear clothes from the continent you are. I will make pictures and put them on my blog!
